Bull City Burger and Brewery – May Beer Dinner and More!

May-June 2017 News
Beer Dinner Menu  |  Beer Spotlight  |  Chefs for Change  |  Upcoming Events
Summer is on the way and here in North Carolina that means there is a bounty of fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs being grown locally. Join us for our “School’s Out, Beer’s In” Beer Dinner where the menu is a celebration of all things local. We’ll be utilizing first of the season tomatoes, pasture-raised meat from NC farmers, a variety of lush, local greens, and our house-pulled mozzarella cheese. Of course, it wouldn’t be a beer dinner without pairings from our brewery. Our beer offerings are a blend of standard favorites and new brews that will compliment and enhance each course. Tickets for this May 25th event are limited so visit our website to reserve your seats today.
Great Beer from a “bad boy” of the past
Pratt Pilsner–Czech-style Pilsner
The Pratt Pilsner is back for it’s annual turn on our tap and you definitely want to taste it before it’s gone. We love to celebrate local history by naming our beers for important people and places around town, but not everyone we feature is known for their positive impact on the community. With our Pratt Pilsner, we raise a glass to William Pratt, a local legend in all the wrong ways.
The Pratt Pilsner is currently on tap or you can enjoy it as part of our
School’s Out, Beer’s In May Beer Dinner.
Chef’s for Change Fundraising Dinner – June 19
Join us as we team up with Families Moving Forward for their “Chefs for Change” fundraising dinner series. From our family to yours, join us at The Rickhouse on June 19 as our culinary team prepares a delicious four course dinner inspired by their favorite family dishes. All proceeds will benefit Families Moving Forward – a local non-profit that assists families experiencing homelessness in the community. Tickets are now available and must be purchased in advance.
