Beer Releases
June 7th Release:

Sour Flower IPA – Take a West Coast IPA malt bill, kettle sour it, then dry hop it like an IPA, and what do you get? Sour Flower! This Kettle Sour is loaded with hop aroma and flavor that pairs well with the tart lemon-lime sour base.
ABV 5.5%   IBU 27

G.R.I.T.S. IPA – This is our version of a Southeastern IPA brewed with North Carolina grown Pilsen Malt, Corn Grits, Caramel Malt, and Carapils. We used four types of American hops, CTZ for bittering, and late additions of Citra, El Dorado, and Chinook.
ABV 4.8%  IBU 20

Lyin’ in the Sun – This American Wheat Ale is brewed with Lactose Sugar and aged on Vanilla Beans, Flaked Organic Coconut, and Florida Oranges.
ABV 5.64  IBU 23

Poplar Tent/McGill and Route 29
Construction is starting at the intersection of Rt. 29 and Poplar Tent/McGill. Construction will take place in the evenings and on weekends. Please read this recent article to learn all the details of the intersection improvements : Independent Tribune Intersection Construction Article.

Alternate route suggestions:

When traveling from the 601/29 intersection take Cabarrus Ave. Turn left onto Kerr St and left again onto McGill Ave.

When traveling from Rt. 73, turn left onto Faggart St., right onto Central Dr., and then left onto McGill Ave.

Bike Night at CBC – Every Other Tuesday
Tuesday, June 19, 6-9:30pm, with Steel Rain MC.

This event is for every motorcycle enthusiast; 2 wheels, 3 wheels, Victory or Harley Davidson, it’s all about the bikes and the camaraderie!

Cornhole boards will be out and ready for play with tournament signup @ 6pm. Games starting @ 6:30pm.
