Blackberry Lemon Imperial Gose Release Today Friday 11th at 4pm
Join us at 4pm when we tap our test batch of our first ever sour! This is available in draft only so you will have to stop by and get a glass if you want to try it. We only have about 10 gallons so don’t miss your chance!
On May 12th the first annual Triangle Craft Beer Week wraps up with Triangle Beer Fest at SAS Soccer Park in Cary. Check the link for details and to order your tickets. We will have the Gose on tap at the Fest so you can try it there as well. All the beers from last Saturday’s Wild Card Brew-Off event will be on tap at the Festival. Just one more reason to get a ticket to taste these one of a kind beers.

CBC Run Club
Run Club meets in the Taproom every Wednesday at 6:30pm. Come join the run and fun! Free child care for runners from 6:30-8pm. All running levels welcome. Check the Facebook page for updates and to join the conversation.

Beer News
Our first ever sour is a kettle sour in the style of a German Gose. You get a tart sour flavor with a salty finish due to addition of salt in the brew. Our secret ingredients for the Wild Card Brew-Off were blackberry and lemon. These went great with the Gose style and we amped it up to an “Imperial” level with an ABV of 6.3%. The lemon adds to the tart character while the blackberry brings an earthy sweetness to the beer. We used Lemondrop and Pacific Gem hops to further enhance the lemon and blackberry flavors.
Spring Bock Maibock Lager is now available. FEAR THE GOAT! Our malty sweet spring seasonal has been pleasing the crowds for over 20 years. Brewed in the style of a German Maibock, expect a smooth, fresh malty sweet taste and earthy hop finish from this pale lager beer.  It is brewed from pilsner, munich, carapils and caramel malts, with Hallertau hops. 6.5% ABV, 22 IBU Lassiter Rum Barrel aged Dunkel Kong (our Dunkleweizen) still on tap!
We also still have a few kegs of Groundhog Imperial Stout and Belgian Tripel for you kegerator folks!
SATURDAY BREWERY TOUR

We invite you to stop by and meet the people who make the beer and sample some of our tasty liquids! Tours are given every Saturday at 1pm and 4pm. You’ll learn about our history, our ingredients and a get a full walk through of the brewing process. The tour takes about 30 minutes.

The tour is FREE!  No appointment is necessary.  The tour is open to everyone young and old. Meet us in the taproom a little before 1pm and 4pm to join us on the tour.
