Bang a Nuey IPA Release
We break out the pilot system for NC Beer Month to brew our first take on a New England IPA. We collaborated with Holly Springs’ resident beer recipe guru Adam Reinhard at Homecrafted Homebrew-Brew on Premise Shop to create this fruity, citrusy, hazy IPA that finished at 6.0 ABV. We only have about 10 gallons and we start pouring 10oz glasses at 4:20pm today! When it is gone it is gone!
