St Patrick’s Day Party on 17th!
Join us on Saturday 17th when we release our Irish Dry Stout! The Stout will be on tap at noon and specialty beers tapped at 3pm. We will have a Irish Dry Stout cask with Jameson soaked charred oak chips. We will also tap Buffalo Trace Rye Whiskey barrel aged Dunkel Kong and Lassiter Rum (of Knightdale NC) barrel aged Dunkel Kong as well! Big Mike’s BBQ (aka Brew n Que) will be serving up redneck shepard’s pie, smoked corned beef, and other awesome grub. from 4-9. Heather Rogers will be rocking the house from 6-8!

Brandy’s Soy Candle Making Party March 23rd at CBC

CBC Run Club
Run Club meets in the Taproom every Wednesday at 6:30pm. Come join the run and fun! Free child care for runners from 6:30-8pm. All running levels welcome. Check the Facebook page for updates and to join the conversation.

Our cycling team meets at CBC most Sunday mornings for rides. All rider levels welcome. Check the TeamCBC website or  Facebook page for updates and to join the team.

Beer News
Spring Bock Maibock Lager is now available. FEAR THE GOAT! Our malty sweet spring seasonal has been pleasing the crowds for over 20 years. Brewed in the style of a German Maibock, expect a smooth, fresh malty sweet taste and earthy hop finish from this pale lager beer.  It is brewed from pilsner, munich, carapils and caramel malts, with Hallertau hops. 6.5% ABV, 22 IBU
We are also releasing an Irish Dry Stout (4.8% ABV) for St Patrick’s Day. We will have draft, kegs, and bottles for sale. Come on out for the party on the 17th. We will have a cask of the stout with Jameson soaked charred oak chips! We will also be tapping Buffalo Trace Rye Whiskey Barrel Aged Dunkel Kong (our Dunkleweizen) and Lassiter Rum Barrel aged Dunkel Kong!
We still have a few kegs of Groundhog Imperial Stout and Belgian Tripel for you kegerator folks!

We invite you to stop by and meet the people who make the beer and sample some of our tasty liquids! Tours are given every Saturday at 1pm and 4pm. You’ll learn about our history, our ingredients and a get a full walk through of the brewing process. The tour takes about 30 minutes.

The tour is FREE!  No appointment is necessary.  The tour is open to everyone young and old. Meet us in the taproom a little before 1pm and 4pm to join us on the tour.
