Beer News

Carolina Summer Ale is now available! Malted wheat makes up 30% of the grain and combined with the light caramel malt it has a light body and crisp refreshing taste.  Nugget, Crystal, and Amarillo are the hops varieties used with Nugget for bittering and Crystal and Amarillo for aroma. The aroma hops add soft earthy, floral, herbal, and citrus notes. 4.7% ABV, 22 IBU
Spring Bock Maibock Lager and Lassiter Rum Barrel aged Dunkel Kong (our Dunkleweizen) still on tap in the Taproom!
Our 23rd Anniversary is coming up and we are scaling up the New England IPA we did a test batch of recently. It was very popular so if you missed it you get a second chance! You can get it at our Anniversary parties! As always we will be at 42nd Street Oyster Bar in Raleigh on July 3rd and look for details about our Anniversary Party at the brewery coming soon!

We invite you to stop by and meet the people who make the beer and sample some of our tasty liquids! Tours are given every Saturday at 1pm and 4pm. You’ll learn about our history, our ingredients and a get a full walk through of the brewing process. The tour takes about 30 minutes.

The tour is FREE!  No appointment is necessary.  The tour is open to everyone young and old. Meet us in the taproom a little before 1pm and 4pm to join us on the tour.
