We’re more than a year into ongoing revisions to create the perfectly crushable IPA: light-bodied, not too bitter, bursting with juicy citrus-and-tropical hops, yet dry and quenching on the finish. Our approach emphasizes the hops’ bright flavors rather than their bite. Launched in 2012 by Allison Parc, collaborating with French distiller in Cognac, Brenne French Malt Whiskey is something quite special indeed. It’s made with malted barley grown in Cognac, double ditilled then intially matured in Limousin oak casks before enjoying a finishing period in Cognac casks. Sam is back! Meet the newest member of our Management Team, Sam Sumner. Sam was a line cook at Front Street Brewery many years ago. Since completing culinary school at Johnston & Wales, Sam has accomplished so much – including working for the Biltmore Estate catering team in Asheville, catering for Garden & Gun Magazine, and becoming a wine sommelier. We are so happy to have Sam back on board as our Floor Manager. If you see Sam in the Brewery, shake his hand and welcome him back to FSB. Cheers, Sam!
