Ginger’s Revenge Releases Summer Herbal Series: 4 Ginger Beers Infused with Locally Grown Herbs

Asheville, NC – Ginger’s Revenge, Asheville’s first and only brewery focused on the production of alcoholic ginger beer, is releasing four small-batch herbal ginger beers each Sunday during the month of August as a part of their Small Batch Sunday Series. Each will feature a different grown locally by Rayburn Farm in Barnardsville. The Summer Herbal Series includes Thai Basil, Orange Mint, Pineapple Sage, and Lemon Thyme. The herbal ginger beers will also be available for wholesale purchase in ½ and ⅙ barrel kegs.

“We love supporting local farmers, and we love showcasing the versatility of ginger beer by pairing it with a variety of flavors. Our Summer Herbal Series is the first of a series of brews featuring local produce that will continue into the fall with our Fall Harvest and Appalachian Ginger,” says David Ackley, Ginger’s Revenge co-founder and head brewer.

Ginger’s Revenge will also be collaborating with The Garden at The Princess Anne Hotel on a ginger beer pairing dinner on August 20th.
