One of our favorite seasonal offerings has returned. Aerialist Spring Lager (5.5% ABV) was crafted to pair perfectly with the promise of the season. Days where the sun shines a little brighter are made better with big hop flavors of peach, citrus, and apricot from Huell Melon and Mandarina Bavaria. Light on the palate with bright aromatic notes, this beer satisfies the desire for a clean, easy-drinking, hop-forward beer. Out now throughout our entire distribution footprint.
Two very cool and very fresh specialty beers are out now in 16oz cans.

Citra Gose (4.2% ABV) makes its triumphant return just in time for warm weather. Tart and refreshing, this Gose blends perfectly with the citrus and tropical fruit notes of Citra hops creating an extremely aromatic sour wheat beer with no bitterness.Hazy & Juicy & Hoppy & Fresh IPA (7.5% ABV) is making a splash, and it’s all in the name. Double dry-hopped New England India Pale Ale that is super hazy, juicy, chock full of bright hop aroma, and silky smooth. A grip of oats and a touch of lactose rounds out this crushable, tropical IPA.

We’ve been pushing the limits of what sour beer can taste like AND look like since we launched our sour and wild ale program over a year ago. Keep your eyes peeled for recent releases such as our Horchata Sour, a Gin Barrel-Aged Juniper Berry Saison called “Gin Fizz,” and a bottle-conditioned, 100% Brett IPA, full of huge tropical notes, candied lemon and juicy green grass from Mosaic, Hallertau Blanc, and Citra hops. These 750ml bottles will see limited distro and are available in our taprooms.
Lastly, we just want to send a huge thank you to all of you that have supported us over these first five years. Your unending support is the reason we were able to announce the expansion of our Big Top Production Facility throughout 2018.Co-Owner, Chris Frosaker notes, “the equipment addition which will make the biggest impact is adding eight new 90 bbl tanks to increase fermentation capacity to 26,460 bbl per year from our current capacity of 18,900 bbl per year. We will also be adding a new canning line, stainless hard piping throughout the brewery, upgrading water infrastructure into the brewery, and adding numerous pieces of quality control equipment.” Investments in new equipment has allowed us to revamp our year round beer lineup to include 12-pack cans of both Hi-Pitch Mosaic IPA and Lo-Pitch Juicy IPA and gives us maximum flexibility to produce new and exciting beers along with all of your Hi-Wire faves.
