French Broad Brewery, Asheville

In this episode of the NCBeerBuzz we chat with Aaron Wilson, Head Brewer, at the French Broad Brewery on Fairview Road in Asheville. Since opening their doors in 2001, their goal has been to create traditional European style beers while maintaining the unique flavor that is Asheville. Andrew Dahm is the founder and he invites everyone to check out the tasting room, open 1-8 pm seven days a week. Most famous for the Wee-Heavy-Er Scotch Ale, French Broad beer can be found throughout the Carolinas and the southeast region. The Brewery is happy to feature live music on the Tasting Room stage every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night.
