Trophy on Maywood continues to grow!
Les and the brewing team have a lot going on in the production space! Our canning line is in house and officially up and running so look for Trophy Wife and others in your favorite shop around town as well as in the taproom. Our first 60 barrel fermenter, our largest tank yet, is also set to land this month and that means more Trophy will be available in the triangle over the coming months! With that in mind, we’re excited to announce that Colleen McNamara has accepted the role of taproom manager and our sales team is second to none with Jason Coe going full time in the Raleigh market and our longtime friend Chris Mincey taking on the Durham and Chapel Hill areas!
The taproom is open 7 days a week and we’ve got a full lineup of food trucks to enjoy. Check the schedule here.
In more fun news, we’ve once again brewed with our great friends from Boston at Night Shift Brewing and we’re excited to announce the can release of Inside Joke: a Galaxy, Citra, and Simcoe hopped double IPA! 4 packs go on sale at our Maywood location this Sunday at noon!
