About Chef Monica
Chef Monica is a native of Gastonia, NC and mother of 3 children. She is a charming, southern TV/Stage Chef personality. Chef can be seen every month in Charlotte, NC on WBTV-CBS/BounceTV, FOX 46 and WCNC-NBC. She has competed on Food Network shows, Guy Fieri’s; Guy’s Grocery Games, Alton Brown’s; Cutthroat Kitchen and was a guest on Chef Jeff Henderson’s; Flip My Food. She has been featured in several publications for her signature recipes and heart for cooking and serving others. Chef Monica is available for motivational speeches and instructing cooking classes for small & large groups of youth or professionals. Monica shares her tragic losses and life experiences to encourage others how to triumph over pain and allow food to comfort and nurture the soul. Currently she is working on producing her TV cooking show, personal line of spices and food products.
